Just a quick note to say thank you for your assistance during our holiday and especially for allowing us the extended use of your villa on Sunday to accomodate for our late return flight. The villa was lovely and in a great location and we all had a great time, I will recommend you to friends.

We've just booked a 2 week holiday with Optima Villas. Richard could not be more helpful - he has offered to help with hire car, transfers from airport etc. The villas look fab and because they have offices in the centre of Playa Blanca we feel we have somewhere to go should we need any help whilst we are there.

We would like to thank you for the use of your villa, we thought everything about the villa was wonderful and felt completely at ease there, the villa was all and more then what we thought it would be. I personally would have no problem in recommending your villa to any friends or relatives and I hope we have the pleasure of visiting again in the near future.
We were also extremely happy with the service regarding the towel switch and pool maintenance/cleaning and would like to extend our gratitude to the team who looked after us in that regard also.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help with regard to our recent holiday in Lanzarote. My family were extremely impressed with the villa (especially my parents, who loved the peace and quiet of the location) - everything was to an extremely high standard and we all had a fantastic time there.

We had a lovely time on holiday at your villa. The villa was amazing and made our holiday. It was really nice to have the pool to dip in after our day trips exploring the Island and the villa itself had everything we needed. I will recommend to friends if they plan to go to Lanzarote on hols. Once again thanks for everything.

We have just arrived back from our honeymoon at one of Optima's villas; they have a whole close of villas in Costa Papagayo which is where we stayed. We flew out the day after our wedding and it was a late flight so you can guess we were pretty tired. Richard met us there and went out of his way to take us to a shop to get basics like water milk cereal for kids etc. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was cleaned daily, the villas are less than five minutes (by car) to centre of Playa Blanca and ten minutes from the Papagayo beaches. To round it off the villa was brilliant, nice quiet residential location but close enough to all amenities, kids loved it and Richard really went out of his way to help us.

Just to say that we have just enjoyed our stay in Villa al Amanecer...this was a very quiet location and the villa was clean and fresh, had all that we needed bar a few items (a teapot would have been good but thats an English thing). We certainly got some exercise and walked miles every day and only used a taxi back once. The good news we didn't put on any weight with all the walking.

I just wanted to drop you both a quick line to thank you for the wonderful service we received during our stay in Lanzarote. The villa was perfect and our minor issues were dealt with promptly. Furthermore allowing us to stay later than the pre-arranged check-out was a huge bonus! The children were especially happy to have another day in the pool.

We returned yesterday from Casa Blanca, having had a fantastic week. The villa was lovely and clean and had everything you could wish for; we are glad we are returning in September.ps. we returned to 9 degrees and rain in Manchester…oh well back to earth with a bump.
